Your days unfold through a tailored itinerary, complete with curated hotels, meaningful experiences, coordinated transfers, and key reservations, balanced with the right amount of flexibility and downtime.
You’ll receive guidance on travel requirements, access to your itinerary via a mobile platform, and support throughout the planning process. Depending on your engagement, in-destination support may be provided directly by trusted local partners or suppliers.
Full-Service Itinerary Design
Planning fees are assessed based on the scope and complexity of each engagement and are earned as services are performed, including research, sourcing, and itinerary development. Travel within 90 days, additional revision rounds, material itinerary changes, or post-finalization adjustments may result in additional service fees.
Additional travelers, destinations, or expanded scope may require a revised proposal or updated fee structure. All bookings are subject to availability and third-party supplier terms and conditions. Panik Luxury Travel LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and, where applicable, as an intermediary for third-party travel suppliers. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers. The scope of services, applicable fees, and level of support are defined in each client’s individual agreement.
